All three properties are significant mixed-use developments strategically located along US 75 (North Central Expressway) and SH 121 in Allen and Fairview, Texas.

Recent senior housing site selection transactions include property in Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas. Hotel land transactions have taken place in Missouri. Tenant representation assignments include office, industrial, and retail space. Investment property transactions include hotel, multifamily and senior housing.
