General
Background. David Tarrant has been actively
engaged in the real estate profession since graduation from Texas A&M
University at College Station in May 1990. Majoring in Finance, with a
concentration in Real Estate, he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration. David has been employed
with McRoberts & Company since July 1991.
During his
tenure with McRoberts & Company he has been involved in real estate
counseling, brokerage, development and appraisal. Counseling assignments have involved a multitude of complex
commercial real estate issues.
Transaction/brokerage work is focused in the marketing and sale of
commercial land, land assemblage and investment properties. Development work includes Fairview Center
and Fairview Center South in Fairview, Texas and Allen Commerce Center in
Allen, Texas. Valuation and evaluation
assignments have included appraisal of land, investment-grade real estate and
special-use property; partial interest valuation; highest and best use studies;
market studies; rent studies; and feasibility studies.
