Andrew J. McRoberts has been involved in many facets of commercial real
estate since entering the profession in 1977.
During this time, he has been involved in real estate counseling,
brokerage, development and appraisal.
Counseling
assignments have involved a multitude of complex commercial real estate
issues. Transaction/brokerage work has
included the acquisition/sale of income type properties, the acquisition/sale
of commercial and residential land, commercial land assemblage and tenant lease
representation
office and retail. Development work
includes repositioning of assets and planned development projects. Valuation and evaluation assignments have
included appraisal, partnership interest valuation, partial interest valuation,
highest and best use studies, market studies, rent studies and feasibility
studies. He is a qualified real estate
expert in both state and federal courts in the United States and in Canadian
federal court, relative to valuation and non-valuation issues involving
commercial real estate.

Formal Education. B.S. Business Administration in
1976 from the University of Missouri Columbia.
Technical Education. Andrew J.
McRoberts has completed the core education and comprehensive examination requirements
for the CCIM and MAI designations. Continuing
education is current for all professional licenses (appraisal and brokerage)
and professional designation (MAI). The Counselors of Real Estate and the
Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute do not have a mandatory continuing
education program.
Professional Designations.
In the three areas of the firms commercial real estate concentration
counseling, brokerage and appraisal Mr. McRoberts has earned professional
designations. The designations are from
the leading professional real estate institutes in their respective area of
commercial real estate.

expert witness in Texas County Courts at Law, State District Court (Texas);
Federal District Court (Texas and Arkansas); Canadian Federal Court (Ontario);
and before special boards, arbitrators, commissions and city councils. Testimony was provided in a myriad of
complex real estate related matters.
